Who we are
Moon Over Manifest is Sherry Wood’s shop for original printable ritual guides at moonovermanifest.com. For privacy or order questions, use our Contact page.
Orders and support
Checkout collects the information needed to process your order, such as your name, email address, billing details and any order note you choose to provide. We use order, payment-status and download records to deliver purchases, answer questions, maintain business records and help prevent fraud. Support messages and information you provide in them are used to respond to your request.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by PayPal. PayPal receives payment and transaction information, and we receive information such as payment status and transaction references. Full payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored in this website’s order records. See PayPal’s Privacy Statement.
The website runs on WordPress and WooCommerce using Hosting.com hosting. These services support the website, order records, security and digital delivery.
Cookies and security
Cookies help maintain your shopping cart, checkout session and any signed-in session. Website and download activity may produce technical records such as IP address, browser information and access times for operation, troubleshooting and security.
Checkout is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which assesses browser and interaction information to help detect automated abuse. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Etsy purchases
Our Etsy links take you to a separate marketplace. Purchases and messages made there are handled through Etsy and its Privacy Policy. An Etsy purchase is separate from an order placed on this website.
Records and requests
We retain information to provide purchases and support, keep business records and address security or legal obligations. You can contact us to ask about your information, request a copy or request deletion. Some information may need to be retained for administrative, legal or security reasons. A purchase alone does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
